Our Story
Built on Integrity. Defined by Craft.
For over two decades, Dream Home Builders LLC has been Arizona's most trusted name in custom home construction and residential development.
How We Started
From One Vision to Hundreds of Dream Homes
Dream Home Builders LLC was founded in 2005 by Carlos and Elena Reyes, a husband-and-wife team with a shared belief: that every family deserves a home built with the same care and precision as the finest estates in the world. Starting with a single custom build in Scottsdale, they grew the company one relationship at a time.
Today, we've delivered over 350 homes across the Phoenix metropolitan area — from intimate custom residences to master-planned communities of 50+ homes. Our reputation is built not on volume, but on the trust of every client who has handed us the keys to their most important investment.
What Drives Us
Our Mission & Values
To build homes that stand as lasting testaments to the lives lived within them — with craftsmanship that endures, design that inspires, and relationships that last a lifetime.
Uncompromising Quality
We source only the finest materials and partner with Arizona's most skilled tradespeople. Every detail — from foundation to finish — is held to the highest standard.
Transparent Partnership
We believe clients deserve complete visibility into their project. Our process is open, our timelines are honest, and our communication is proactive — always.
Community Commitment
We build more than homes — we build neighborhoods. Every development we deliver is designed to strengthen the fabric of its community for generations to come.
Sustainable Practices
Arizona's landscape is irreplaceable. We integrate energy-efficient systems, responsible material sourcing, and desert-adapted design into every build.
